Race Ability This race was thought to be extinct dureing the very first war; Eye Of The Storm. This race was the hidden weapon of Kaizoe Sekai, they have eaxtremly good eye sight, they are very quick to react to something, and they can easily sence things around the area. They have incredible strength and talent in meny things. they can reach speeds of sound. They have a very unique ability, the ability to overcome most other races abilities by adding and changeing skills with the appearence of new races.
Character Specializations Very Slow Ageing, very quick reactions, very far sight (aprox 20-30 miles), Revy is a far advabced version of the Kouin Elf, she has incredible strength, very fast reflexes (Fast enough to dodge a sniper), Revy has masterd the art of Teleportation and can teleport almost enywhere she wants at great speeds. she can meterialize and de-materialize the wings on her back at an instant, there are 6 wings total, she can take flight and fly around without them even haveing to move, when she flys around a trail of white glowing feathers that dissapear as they hit the ground fall behind her. Revy can touch spirits and eny type of ghosts as if they were a solid object.
City: Formaly: Imen, After Imen was destroyed, she simply wanders around both worls now.

Personality: Revy is a very shy girl, she can get jealous easily, she is short with words sometimes and can easily get confused. She can get realy shy around other guys and even sometimes girls. Revy has earned great respect from every city, the citys look at her as a master.
History Revy a Kouin Elf, they were very peaceful and used theyre powers for good a lot of times, dureing the Grand Collision they were thought to be a secret weapon of Kaizoe Sekai, Revy was very skilled as one of the members of that race, she has fought in all 3 of the main wars and survived them all. Dureing the first war almost every member of her race was killed, if eny survived they had died from sickness aswell. Revy has traveld both the worlds for a very long time and participated as more of a nuetral side in the second and third war. Until now Revy has been watching as the other races began to build theyre civilizations bigger and better, inventing new things aswell.

Abilities: This sword is completly indestructable, it is very light weight to Revy, if enyone else were to hold it it would seem as if it was 100-200lb. By holding her sword out she can creat a square shield infront of her protecting her from eny attacks from the front, it is see-through and red, it looks as if it was hollographic.

Description Revy will stab her sword into the ground, then twist it like a key, a circle with tribal markings will appear around the whole area and begin to light up, this will create a barrier around the entire area makeing escape impossible, as long as the barrier stays up the markings will remain on the ground. (Barrier will dissapear when the user wants it to)

Description: Revy will start to swinbg her sword around a bit, she will then slam it to the ground a bit behind her then scrape it farward on the ground cutting it, as it cuts a trail of fire is set there, once the sword lifts off the ground a huge trail of flame will immediatly be sent at the target with great speeds.

Description: This a combo type attack that can be used by Revy. it goes by stages and can be canceld at eny time.
Stage 1. Revy will swing her sword around a bit then bring it up past her head, she will then slam it on the ground under the enemy, or group of enemy sending a huge pillar of flames fly up from under them sending them airborn.
Stage 2. Once the enemy is airborn, Revy will jump into the air and start to slash her sword around sending out red slash waves at them meny times
Stage 3. Once the enemy lands on the ground, another red slash will apear on the ground flying at them like a arrow, it will hit them airborn again.
Stage 4. As soon as the enemy lifts off the ground about a few feet, Revy will instantly appear infront of them on the ground, time will stop makeing everything but revy, the enemy and the attack, then begin after the attack, she will hold her hand directly to them, not exactly touching them but very close, her palm will be flat at them and a circle with the devil star will be formed from Revys hand around faceing the user, it will make the enemy fly back miles takeing extreamly heavy damage.
Stage 5. Once the enemy lands on the ground and stops, Revy will apear infront of them, time will stop again aswell makeing everything but revy, the enemy and the attack black, Revy will hold her sword into the air, a pheonix will come out of the ground infront of her and absorb into her sword fast, time will begin again and a giant ball of flames will begin to spin around Revy then turning into a giant pheonix that will instantly hit the enemy sending them back very far
Stage 6. before they hit the ground, the pheonix will hit them again, except this time they will stay in 1 spot as the pheonix darts at them, the enemy will go through the pheonix getting hit multiple times by flames, the phtonix leaves a large trail of flames that travels with it behind it very long, not only would the enemy go through the pheonix, it will go through the trail of flames following it takeing a lot of damage aswell leaveing them in flames on the floor completly burned up.
